  • What happens if there is inclimate weather?

When severe snow or ice conditions make road travel hazardous, our services will be temporarily suspended. While we don't offer credits for weather-related service interruptions, we'll collect any additional waste on your next scheduled pickup day, assuming weather conditions have improved.
  • Do you close on holidays?

Our operations are suspended on three major holidays: Thanksgiving day, Christmas day, and New year's day. If your regular collection falls on one of these days, please check our website or call our office for information about alternative pickup schedules.
